ingredients

2 lbs ground beef
1 teaspoon french fry seasoning salt
¹⁄₂ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
¹⁄₄ cup A.1. Original Sauce
¹⁄₂ medium bell pepper, cleaned and chopped
¹⁄₂ medium onion
2 large eggs
1 cup plain breadcrumbs
¹⁄₄ cup ketchup

directions

Preheat oven to 375.
In a large baking pan (i use a glass one) combine all ingredients, remove wedding ring, and mix by hand. Shape and mash down to thin.
Use finger to poke holes into mixture. ( speeds baking time).
drizzle ketchup over top.
Bake for 40 minutes, or until meat is done.
