  1. Heat oven to 350°F
  2. Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Add milk, butter, egg and vanilla. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed. Stir in pecans by hand.
  3. Spread batter into greased 8-inch square baking pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and chocolate chips.
  4. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely.
