Directions

  1. Boil water with 2 tablespoons kosher salt. Cook entire box of angle hair pasta for 4-5 minutes. Drain well.
  2. Mix together sesame oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sugar, ginger, garlic and red pepper flakes in a bowl. Pour over pasta. Then add sesame seed, scallions, red and green bell pepper. Mix together and refrigerate for a few hours.
