Sesame Cashew Bread (Abm)

ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup sesame seeds
- 1⁄2 cup cashews, finely chopped
- 1 1⁄4 cups water
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 cups bread flour
- 3 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
- 2 1⁄2 teaspoons yeast
directions
- Toast sesame seeds and cashews in a hot skillet over high heat. Watch carefully so they don't burn.
- Place all of the other ingredients in the bread machine according to manufacturer's instructions.
- Add the sesame seeds and cashews during the add-in cycle or 5 minutes before the final kneading is finished.

I can't stop eating it, and I've eaten myself into a food coma. <br /><br />4 Stars The recipe is wonderful as is. I can't think of a single improvement and I will most likely make it again. <br /><br />3 Stars This needed a little *something*something*. I might make it again, but will add my own improvements if I do. <br /><br />I love to eat! And I love to cook. I tend to take over the kitchen when I get in there. Even the dog knows the command get outta my kitchen! LOL. Cooking for other people and trying new recipes or foods is FUN!
