Easy and tasty chicken recipe. I felt it tasted a little too starchy, but that may have been my fault. I employed the Shake & Bake method for adding the cornstarch (added minimum amount of cornstarch to a bag, and shook up all the chicken pieces). I happily cleaned up the leftovers the next day, though. I'll make this again, and I may experiment with the sauce. Maybe a diced fresh chili pepper? Made for PAC Spring '08
