  • Season chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Heat Olive Oil in a large saute pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add Chicken and saute for about 4-6 minutes, stirring occasionally until chicken is cooked through.
  • While chicken is cooking, whisk together Soy Sauce, Rice Wine Vinegar, Honey, Garlic, Ginger and Cornstarch until combined.
  • When chicken is cooked through, add Green Onion and soy sauce mixture to the pan and stir to coat chicken. Sauce will thicken quickly.
  • Mix in Sesame Oil and remove from heat.
  • Serve over quinoa or rice.
  • Sprinkle with Sesame Seeds.
