  • Slice chicken in half both thickness wise and length (To create 4 thin pieces).
  • Mix egg and mustard together, whisking until it's well combined. In a separate bowl mix the breadcrumbs and sesame seeds.
  • Dip chicken into the egg mixture and then coat it in the breadcrumbs. Repeat with remaining pieces of chicken.
  • Cook on a sprayed heated pan for 4 minutes each side (Or until cooked).

The 2 chicken breasts I used were large (almost 8 ounces each) so I doubled the rest of the recipe just to make sure I'd have enough coating & then followed the recipe on down & we had a very nice main dish! Thoroughly enjoyed the flavor of the English mustard & the sesame seeds! Thanks for sharing the recipe! [Made & reviewed in New Kids on the Block recipe tag]
