Sesame Ginger Salmon

"I love asian style salmon but was getting tired of my usual teriyaki sauce. My husband threw together an asian salad dressing one night and it was awesome. I adjusted it to meet my preferences and used it on salmon. This is super easy and is awesome served with steamed broccoli or over a mixed green salad. It is very delicious on chicken too."

I eat a gluten and dairy free diet. I have gotten really good at modifying any recipe to fit my dietary needs. I love food and refuse to compromise based on dietary restrictions. Even my husband eats a lot of my modified recipes. We love spending time in the kitchen and cook every night. I also spend a lot of my time running which seems to give me my huge appetite.
