  • Put the ginger, thyme and garlic in a blender. whizz for about 20 seconds until everything is chopped to a paste.
  • Add the sesame oil and vinegar. Pulse to mix everything together.
  • Pour the contents of the blender into a bowl, stir in the olive oil and white wine and your marinade is ready!
