- 14 ounces extra firm tofu
- 1⁄3 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons Braggs amino acids
- 2 inches gingerroot, grated
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
directions
- Drain, press and dry fry the tofu. (In order to dry fry, I always use a teflon pan. Otherwise you will have to fry the tofu in oil.).
- In a sauce pan combine the remaining ingredients and slowly bring to a boil.
- Serve with brown rice and brocolli. I put the sauce in a gravy boat so that everyone can choose their own amount.
