  1. Delicious. A bit like chai. Yesterday I added a bit of milk, today I didn't. Good either way. Made for African Recipe Tag AND Make your saved recipes tag in the diabetic forum.

  2. Slightly bitter but as I got closer to the bottom of the cup it became more evident. Not at all how I remember Somali tea as being very sweet. I did replace the sugar with creamed honey to be healthier and may have used more than called for but certainly not less. Milk would tone this down. But from what I have read this combination is to be drunk black. Made for ZWT7 Africa, for my team, Food.Commandos

  3. This was absolutely wonderful with the African Roobios loose leaf tea I used. Wonderful spice from the peppercorns. Made for ZWT 7.

  4. I really liked this tea. I didn't use the full amount of sugar but followed everything else. I really liked the peppercorns. Thanks for sharing. Made for ZWT7-Africa.

  5. This is actually quite different than chai, but very good as written. The pepper is a nice touch. I used an Irish tea. I think this would be good as iced tea, also, and if it ever warms up around here, I will try it that way. Made for ZWT 7.
