Directions

  1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat until hot, about 3 minutes.
  2. Heat oil and garlic until fragrant, 30 seconds.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low.
  4. Add 1 tsp butter and the Brussels Sprouts, cut-side down.
  5. Cover and cook until golden brown on bottom 4 - 6 minutes.
  6. Flip Sprouts and add 2nd tsp of butter.
  7. Cover and cook until other side is browned about 3 more minutes.
  8. Transfer to a serving plate.
  9. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and pepper.
