Directions

  1. Cook chicken in butter. Set aside, keeping warm.
  2. Cook onion and garlic in drippings. Stir in cream, scraping up bits in pan. Mix in chilies. Simmer to slightly thicken.
  3. Return chicken to pan, turning in sauce.
  4. Sprinkle chicken with cheese (cover).
  5. Continue cooking on low until cheese is melted.
  6. Serve on tortillas, topped with sauce.
