Sharon's Saucy Shrimp #Ragu

"Ragú® Recipe Contest Entry. This is one of my family favorites. It is great on a chilly Winter night and a time saver. Sautéed shrimp in a rich tomato sauce. Served over spaghetti."

  • Bring pot of water to a boil. Add salt to water. Add spaghetti and cook al dente. about twelve minutes.
  • Heat olive oil in saute' pan over medium heat. Add pine nuts and toast until lightly brown, about 5 minutes. Take out pine nuts onto a paper towel to dry.
  • Dridge shrimp in flour. Add shrimp to saute pan. Add extra oil if needed. Cook 5-10 minutes until shrimp are opaque. Remove shrimp.
  • Add Ragu Old World Style Sauce. red pepper flakes, and cilantro to pan. When bubbling, add shrimp, red pepper flakes, and cilantro to the sauce. Heat through.
  • Serve with cooked spaghetti. Garnish with pine nuts.
