Shaye's Frosty Navel

"We had the virgin version of this drink at one of my bridal showers, and then adapted it to the spiked version at my bachelorette party. It is soooooo good you'll want to drink the whole batch yourself!"

  1. I served these over the Christmas holiday and WOW they were Great! In fact, they went over so good at Christmas I am bringing them to a dinner tonight at a friends' house. Thanks for sharing this keeper Shaye.

  2. We made a non alcohol version of this using peach nectar for our Easter morning brunch, and it was really enjoyed by all, especially the young. I expect that one could change the fruit juice for variety and still have a terrific drink.

  3. I don't know about this one. I made the non-alcoholic version but we all thought the orange juice concentrate amount made it a little too sour. It's probably just a matter of personal taste but I will try again aometime and adjust the amounts to balance more to our taste. Thanks anyway for the recipe.

  4. OMG!! This is sooo good! I'm usually not a big fan of 'fruity' drinks, but I tried it when I made this up for some friends... I loved it, and I couldn't keep up with the demand for more! I made the alcoholic version, and didn't change a thing- Thank you for this recipe!!

  5. "YEAH BABY!" This drink is SOOOOOO GOOD! I really like fuzzy navels and this "frosty" version takes them to a whole new level!....smooth & creamy and oh so good, great summertime drink! (I did the alcoholic version as well!) My hubby and neighbour thought they were great too, and my neighbour took the recipe home! Can't wait to try these out on my friends and family and only wish I would have discovered them before! Where were they in my 20's! The girls sure would have had fun with these! lol!...they are hard to stop drinking, but I must admit that after downing three of these babies(they go down good!) I found them to be getting pretty filling, so I stopped there. Thank you so much Shaye, I loved them, and will definitely be making them many times over!
