- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened in microwave
- 5 eggs
- 1 tablespoon Splenda sugar substitute
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free syrup
directions
- Beat together thoroughly- no lumps. Pour on buttered skillet on low-med heat for 4 minutes. Flip and let fry for another 1-2 minutes.
- Try these wrapped around sausage.
