- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free syrup, any flavor
- butter, to taste
directions
- Beat all ingredients together thoroughly.
- Spray skillet with PAM.
- Heat pan over low-mediun heat.
- Pour batter into pan.
- Fry for 1 minute, then flip and fry for 1 more minute.
