- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 18 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1⁄4 cup chopped green onion
directions
- Heat oven to 325 degrees.
- Melt butter in a 10x13" glass (Pyrex) dish in oven, tilting dish to coat bottom.
- Beat eggs, sour cream, milk and salt together.
- Stir in green onion.
- Bake until eggs are set, but still moist, about 35 minutes.
