Directions

  1. Put butter and lemon juice in a frying pan and simmer.
  2. Place defrosted chicken breasts in the pan, cook until done.
  3. Bring rice to a boil and set aside.
  4. Heat salsa slightly in microwave or saucepan.
  5. Put chicken on bed of rice and cover with salsa.
  6. Sprinkle with Parm and serve.
