- 3 cups cooked kidney beans
- 1 (14 ounce) can creamed corn
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 cups mixed vegetables
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
directions
- In a casserole dish mix the beans, corn, veggies and garlic powder.
- Top with mashed potatoes.
- Bake at 350 for 30min or until hot.
