- 800 g hamburger or 800 g beef mince
- 1 1⁄2 finely chopped onions
- 5 potatoes (enough to fill a large sauce pan)
- 1⁄2 cup grated cheese
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 75 ml lea & perrins chili-garlic sauce
- 250 g sliced mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1⁄2 cups canned corn or 1 1/2 cups frozen corn
- milk

directions
- Boil water in large saucepan and add the 1/2 onion and about a teaspoon of salt.
- Add chopped potatoes and reduce heat.
- Add hamburger or mince and garlic to frying pan and cook until almost all of the hamburger is browned.
- Add the 1 onion and mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat or until hamburger is fully cooked and mushrooms begin to shrink.
- Drain excess grease from frying pan and add corn.
- Add Worcestershire sauce and Chili & Garlic sauce and keep heat on medium.

- Remove potatoes, drain, and add milk, butter, and salt to taiste while mashing.
- Add cheese to mash potatoes.

- Add frying pan contents to a Pyrex dish or any oven safe glass pan and top with mash potatoes.
- Cook on 175°C or 350°F for 25-30 minutes or until potatoes are lightly browned.
