Directions

  1. Prepare mashed potatoes and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion until meat is brown and onion is tender. Drain off fat.
  3. Stir mixed vegetables and water into beef mixture.
  4. Cook, covered, for 5 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  5. Stir in the tomato soup, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper.
  6. Bring to a boil.
  7. Transfer mixture to a 1-1/2-quart casserole.
  8. Drop mashed potatoes in mounds on top of hot mixture.
  9. If desired, sprinkle with top with paprika.
  10. Bake in a 375 degree Fahrenheit oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through.
