Sherry Marinade
"Use this marinade on chicken, pork loin or spareribs."

ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup sherry wine
- 1⁄3 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons cinnamon
directions
- Blend all the ingredients and pour the marinade over you meat.
- Marinate 4-24 hours in the refrigerator, turning pieces occasionally.

I used this marinade on pork when I went camping and it is wonderful. Think the secret ingredient may be the cinnamon. -
I'm always trying to find new ways to make pork chops palatable to me as my DH loves them. So, I tried this marinade, and it was wonderful. The cinnamon complements the pork well. Thanks for posting.

I live in Las Vegas. I was lucky enough to run into Recipezaar around Nov. 2000 and got hooked quickly. I am a cookbook collector and have been collecting recipes for as long as I can remember.
