Shirley's Chocolate Sheet Cake

CAKE
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup oleo
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄4 cup buttermilk

FROSTING
- 1⁄2 cup oleo
- 6 tablespoons buttermilk
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 - 1 1⁄2 lb powdered sugar
- 2 cups pecans, chopped (or more)

CAKE:
- Sift together 2 cups sugar and 2 cups flour. Bring to a boil. 2 sticks oleo, 1 cup water, 4 tablespoons cocoa. Add to flour and sugar and mix well. Add 1 tablespoons soda, 2 eggs (slightly beaten). 1 teaspoons cinnamon,1 teaspoons vanilla and 1/4 cup buttermilk and mix well. Pour into a greased 11x9 sheet pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350°F.

FROSTING:
- Combine 1 stick oleo, 6 tablespoons buttermilk and 4 tablespoons cocoa and bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Mix in 1 teaspoons vanilla, 1-1 1/2 lb powdered sugar and 2 cups chopped pecans or more. Pour over hot sheet cake, and cool before cutting.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
