  1. Took this to a party & everyone really liked it. Chose not to put in the oranges, just due to personal taste. Very yummy and different.

  2. I love these this type of salad! The walnuts and broccoli were nice additions. I used 2 tbs butter and halved the dressing. My mandarin oranges were extra plump and really added to the salad. Thanks Lizzybob for posting.

  3. Our family really like this one! I put one 11 oz. can of oranges in it and only made half of the dressing (used a little less sugar too). This will go into the keeper file.

  4. My sister loved this salad! For me, the mandarin oranges were too much (maybe cut them in half?). When you'd get one in a mouthful it just overwhelmed the salad. However, I was the only one who thought so, so if you really like mandarin oranges, you will love this delicious salad!

I used to collect cookbooks, my favorites being Southern Living, but now I have Recipezaar which is a lot more fun. I'm always on the lookout for recipes with shrimp, pasta, or spinach.
