- 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
- 3⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 1⁄4 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1⁄2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1⁄3 lemon juice
- 2 -3 lbs favorite cut beef, in 1-inch cubes
directions
- Combine all the ingredients (except for the meat and veggies) in a large ziplock bag and shake to mix.
- Add your beef and favorite vegetables, cubed(peppers, mushrooms, onion, cherry tomatoes, etc.). Mix well.
- Marinate four hours or overnight.
- Thread beef and vegetables onto skewers and grill 7 minutes per side over medium to medium-low heat.
