1 9-inch pie
ingredients
- 1 1⁄4 cups flour
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄3 cup margarine
- 3⁄4 cup molasses
- 1⁄8 cup cold water
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 9 inches pie crusts
directions
- Sift together dry ingredients and cut in margarine as for pie crust. Stir in molasses, water and baking soda, and pour into the unbaked pie crust.
- Bake 15 minutes at 425F and 35-40 minutes at 350°F.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
