  1. Mix 1 pkg of JIFFY Corn Muffin Mix with 2 eggs and 1/2 cup milk.
  2. Stir in 2 tbsp of jalapenos, 1 pinch of paprika and 1 cup of sharp cheddar cheese and corn (optional).
  3. Place in meatloaf dish.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until light golden at 400 degrees.
