  1. In skillet, melt butter. Sauté onion, bell pepper and celery. Stir in flour and cook 1 minute. Gradually whisk in stock, then milk.
  2. When mixture comes to a simmer, stir in peas, corn, parsley, dill and mustard. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in lemon juice and tuna.
  3. Scrape mixture into a baking dish and lay dough rounds on top. Bake at 375 for about 15 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
