Why would you throw all the ingredients into a roasting pan, cut up the ribs and then cover them with the rub? Why not mix all the ingredients in a bowl, put the ribs in the bowl, mix them up, put the ingredients in the roasting pan and then place the ribs in the pan? Also, it says, place all the ingredients into a roasting pan, which means the ribs go in with the other ingredients. Then you cut them apart? Directions need a little help.

Extremely upset! You should be more specific when giving directions! And let the people who would like to enjoy your recipe for the 1st time know to put bbq on afterwards instead of saying mix ALL ingredients in pan! smh I have no clue how they'll turn out now and if they come out bad I'm going to feel like I wasted money because you simply forgot to let us know bbq goes on afterwards ?? let's just cross our fingers and hope they come out atleast decent smh ??????

These are great.I make a similar version with the exception of a few small adjustments. Instead of the chili powder i use Asain chili and garlic sauce to taste. Then, just before they are done, say 5-10 mins.,i remove from the oven and put under a pre-heated broiler to give them just a bit of a "mouth feel",somewhat similar to an actual "bbq" ribs.

Exellent ribs. We like our ribs sweet & sticky and falling off the bones. I couldn't find Old Bay Seasoning (I'm from Canada) so I made my own from a recipe I found on the internet. I only used 1 tbsp of it though, cut the chili powder in half and added more garlic powder. I cooked them in the oven very slow. Served them with baked potatoe and baked squash with a green salad to start.
