  1. Was OK. Well, that was a little joke in keeping with the spirit of the recipe. Yes, it's simple and terse and certainly needs a more descriptive title. Still, I had a pound of (26-30 count, frozen white) shrimp to use up, so I gave this a try. I made it exactly as written. To clarify, I thawed and peeled the shrimp, used vegetable oil, and the garlic was "minced in water" from a jar, not dried. I cooked it on medium-low heat (probably too low, I realized, as it took a while to cook). It tasted all right, but was perhaps too salty - I might cut the salt in half next time. But shrimp is always good! This could also probably benefit from a little more herbs/spices, perhaps dried parsley.

  2. It is refreshing to see a simple recipe that tastes good - especially with fresh garlic and super fresh shrimp. Cut back on salt (because of health reasons) and used 2 tsps. of butter. We prefer the butter flavor, but please believe it is an excellent way to cook shrimp.

  3. An uninspired recipe that most of us could think of at home, albeit delicious. The only reason it gets any stars at all is that it tasets good, but lacks any creativity at all. Might as well post how to make a peanut butter sandwich.

  4. This was a really great shrimp recipe! I liked that it wasn't swimming in butter. I left out the salt and used garlic and garlic olive oil. I'm a garlic freak! Thanks so much for posting this!! :)
