Shrimp Al Diavlo

"Spicy and savory shrimp! Perfect for a weeknight dinner or if your prepping an at home date for someone special! Pairs well with a sweet and fruity white wine. I serve this over a bed of mixed spring greens to keep it light, but taste equally delicious over pasta. • I do majority, if not all of my food shopping at Trader Joe's so many of my recipes will have products that are from Trader Joe's. If there is not a Trader Joe's in your local area and you are incapable of finding an alternative product please do not be intimidated to alter this recipe to accommodate the missing ingredients. If "diced and fire roasted tomatoes" are impossible to find buy an 8 oz can of diced tomatoes in natural juice and jalapeno peppers (the hotter the pepper, the hotter your sauce). Dice jalapeno (seeds and all) and cook with diced tomatoes until sauce has thickened a bit and continue on with the recipe above. This should give you a flavor very close to the diced fire roasted tomatoes.
