Directions

  1. In med. sauce pot sauté onions, bell pepper, garlic, celery and butter.
  2. Add shrimp and crawfish, cover and cook over med.
  3. heat until shrimp and crawfish are cooked down and pink.
  4. Add tomato paste and sauce, cook about 30-40 minute over low-med heat.
  5. Add parsley and green onions.
  6. Cook another 5 minute.
  7. serve over hot rice.
