- 1⁄2 lb raw shrimp
- 1 large tomatoes, stemmed and finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pinch cayenne
- 2 teaspoons oil
- salt and pepper
- 7 -8 ounces feta cheese
- 1 lb cooked pasta, cooled
directions
- SAUTE SHRIMP, CAYENE, OIL AND GARLIC TIL SHRIMP ARE PINK.
- TO CHILLED PASTA ADD TOMATO AND FETA.
- WHEN SHRIMP ARE COOKED AND CHILLED ADD TO PASTA.
- SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE.
