Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 skewers, and a hot charcoal grill
  • per skewer
  • 5 large shrimp
  • 5 34 inches pineapple
  • 16 ounces orange juice
  • 3 ounces tequila

Directions

  1. Combine orange juice & tequila in a sauce pan and reduce until sauce begins to take on a silky smooth appearance.
  2. Pour sauce onto 2 large plates.
  3. Grill skewers using indirect heat for 5 minutes or until shrimp is done.
  4. Place skewers on plates and enjoy.
