  1. I added capers and a little of the liquid, along with some oregano. I didn't have linguine, I used whole wheat spaghetti pasta. Delicious.

  2. Wonderful!!! Made for Septembers Tag Game ~ Las Gambas ~ Shrimp. I added more garlic and a little jalapeno (for some heat) and sauteed the shallots and garlic before adding the rest of the ingredients as Papa D did...definately a keeper. Thank you!

  3. This is a delicious Shrimp Scampi. I did saute the shallots and garlic for a couple of minutes before adding the rest of the ingredients. Thanks for posting, this will be go into my shrimp recipe rotation. Made for September's Tag Game ~ Las Gambas ~ Shrimp

  4. A++. This was easy, fast, and really good. I added some red bell pepper, as I needed to use it up and a little extra garlic. Very tasty!

  5. Very easy and good, though a bit unorthodox, as you mix it all together and saute it all at once. That's good as the shallots and garlic can't soften or sweeten as they do in most recipes that require you to saute them first, and so they maintain a certain freshness and firmness. I would still double the garlic, as it already is a scampy kinda dish and garlic rules. I would even throw in a jalapeno if you really want to kick it up a notch. This kind of recipe also allows you to prepare it early in the day, or even the day before perhaps, for cooking later as an added bonus. Quite yummy!
