  1. Place oil in pan and saute squash over medium heat until nicely browned in a sauce pan, reduce Madeira by half (takes 5 about 5 min's).
  2. Add shrimp to saute pan, saute for 2 minutes, now add reduced Madeira, thyme and butter. toss in pasta and serve.
