Directions

  1. Mix salt,pepper, lemon juice, garlic and mayonnaise.
  2. Stir in shrimp and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  3. Mix bread crumbs, basil, parsley and dill.
  4. Coat each shrimp in bread crumb mixture and place in a single layer baking dish.
  5. Stir melted butter and olive oil into remaining marinade.
  6. Pour over shrimp.
  7. Bake@ 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
