  • peel and de-vein shrimp.
  • In food processor or grinder, grind onion potato and shrimp together.
  • stir in egg, salt and pepper. batter must be thick.
  • heat about 2 or 3 cups of oil in medium skillet to about 360 degrees F.
  • drop by spoonfulls into hot oil, fry until golden turning once or twice.
