  1. i used seasoned bread crumbs and added worcestershire sauce and hot sauce for some zip.served it over salad greens. very good

  2. Delicious! I didn't make burgers out of them but smaller Frikadeller as that my DH asked that I make "Garnelen Frikadelle" (Shrimp Frikadeller) like his grandma used to make. He said that the recipe reminded him very much of what his grandma used to make and not a single one survived the night. I didn't use Tartar sauce or hot sauce, just a bit of fresh lemon juice and served them without buns with some lemon rice (from TGirl,RN) and a salad. It would have been better if we had fresh shrimp, will have to check out the weekly market in the city for that the next time I make it. Thanks so much!

  3. Good recipe. It was not quite what I was expecting, but good none the less. I did have a little trouble with my first burger holding together, so I add a little flour and the rest were fine. It may have been because I added large eggs and should have used med eggs.

  4. Skipped the tartar sauce, used the hot sauce. Honestly - when you combine everything and then fry it, it doesn't even taste oceany like a lot of seafod does. This is just fantastic!

  5. Make sure you DICE the shrimp... I left the pieces too large. But the cakes turned out very well. Will make again with DICED shrimp, not cubed.

Very busy nanny/au pair, working for a very rich and snooty family, in a very large home, in a very snooty village. Just in case my employer comes here, please don't ask where I am from, or I'll be sacked like the last nanny was. ;-) I take care of 4 gorgeous, and darling kids. 3 girls and a boy. The boy is the youngest (and my favorite). They are great children, very, very active. (Hyper) I love to cook. I guess that's a given, why else would I be here. Part of my job is also to prepare meals for the family. The more they like my food, the longer I get to stay. (just a little joke) On my day off, I usually go out to the cinema or some dance clubs with the other au pairs in this town. That's about it I think.
