Ingredients: 2 cans tuna; 2 cans shrimp (or use frozen); 2 cups raw rice; 2 cans mushroom soup; 1 can milk; 1 onion, lightly sauteed; 1/2 green pepper (optional); celery, diced; salt & pepper; slivered almonds; crushed potato chips

ingredients

2 cans tuna
2 cans shrimp (or use frozen)
2 cups raw rice
2 cans mushroom soup
1 can milk
1 onion, lightly sauteed
¹⁄₂ green pepper (optional)
celery, diced
salt & pepper
slivered almonds
crushed potato chips

directions

Mix all ingredients into a large casserole dish.
Bake at 300 for 1 hour.

I love to cook and so I am thrilled that I found recipezaar. I work as an educational assistant in a food school so I am around food all day long.
