  • Add more ketchup if too hot for you--add more horseradish if not hot enough.

  2. Fantastic recipe. I bet most people have no idea how simple it is to make a shrimp cocktail. I just used your recipe, with a small addition of Tabasco and cooked the shrimp straight from frozen (the peeled, deveined type) in a microwave steam bags for 3 minutes then just let it cool in the fridge. An appetizer was on the table in no time. Thank you.
