Directions

  1. Following pasta directions, cook pasta al dente.
  2. Drain and turn out onto a platter; keep warm.
  3. Melt butter, in a small pan over low heat.
  4. Add basil and parsley. And heat until bubbly.
  5. Add shrimp and sherry, just until shrimp are heated through.
  6. Pour shrimp sauce over cooked pasta and sprimkle with salt and Parmesan cheese to taste.
