Directions

  1. Saute bellpeppers, mushrooms onions and garlic in oil it usually takes me 5-10 minutes.
  2. Add tomatoes and thyme.
  3. Then add broth and tomato paste and let simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Lastly add the cooked shrimp. Serve over cooked rice, I usually just mix the rice in to make it a one dish meal.
