  • Place olive oil in skillet on medium heat, add shrimp and sautee for 4 minutes.
  • Add salt, garlic, oregano, pepper, nutmeg, and white wine.
  • Bring to a boil for a minute, remove from heat.
  • Remove shrimp from mixture.
  • Add cream and parmesan, bring back to a boil.
  • Cook for five minutes, or until thickened.
  • Serve over pasta.
