  1. Place olive oil in skillet on medium heat, add shrimp and sautee for 4 minutes.
  2. Add salt, garlic, oregano, pepper, nutmeg, and white wine.
  3. Bring to a boil for a minute, remove from heat.
  4. Remove shrimp from mixture.
  5. Add cream and parmesan, bring back to a boil.
  6. Cook for five minutes, or until thickened.
  7. Serve over pasta.
