  1. Place butter in skillet, melt over medium heat. Add shrimp and saute for about 4 minutes.
  2. Add salt, garlic, oregano, basil, black pepper, nutmeg, and white wine. Bring to a boil for 2 to 3 minutes; remove from heat.
  3. Strain contents and remove shrimp. Put liquid in skillet; add cream and Parmesan. Bring to a boil.
  4. Add shrimp, and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
