  • Place butter in skillet, melt over medium heat. Add shrimp and saute for about 4 minutes.
  • Add salt, garlic, oregano, basil, black pepper, nutmeg, and white wine. Bring to a boil for 2 to 3 minutes; remove from heat.
  • Strain contents and remove shrimp. Put liquid in skillet; add cream and Parmesan. Bring to a boil.
  • Add shrimp, and let simmer for about 5 minutes.

  1. WINNER! WINNER! WINNER! What amazing flavor and so very simple! Love it! One change I would make is to reduce the salt. 1 tbs. is a LOT of salt...I would start with 1/2 Tbs. to start, and add as needed. I work out a lot, so I'll sweat it out, but be careful with that amount. Other than that...perfect...a keeper for sure!! Thank you SO much for sharing this fabulous recipe!! xo LA :-)
