  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. In a small skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add green onions and garlic; cook and stir for 3 minutes.
  4. Add shrimp, cook and stir until shrimp turn pink.
  5. Remove from heat and drain.
  6. Roll out pizza dough to 15 x 12 inch rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
  7. Cut into twenty 3-inch squares and place on cookie sheet.
  8. Divide shrimp mixture among squares, then top with feta and Havarti cheese.
  9. In small bowl, combine thyme and Parmesan cheese and sprinkle over pizzettes.
  10. Bake for 8-11 minutes or until crust is brown and cheese is melted and beginning to brown.
  11. Serve immediately.
  12. You can use crab, chopped chicken, or sausage in place of the shrimp.
