Shrimp Salad on Croissants

ingredients
- 1 lb medium shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined
- 1⁄2 cup good-quality mayonnaise (like Hellman's)
- 1⁄3 cup chopped celery
- 2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 large croissants
- lettuce leaf (romaine, red leaf, Boston) (optional)
- tomatoes, sliced (optional)
directions
- Cut shrimp in half and combine with remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 15 minutes or more. Stir before serving. Serve on fresh croissants with lettuce and tomato if desired.

I love to try new recipes and mainly look for ones that are new and different, such as a twist on an old favorite or something no one's ever thought of! I also enjoy writing in my spare time. I live in Northeast Ohio where the weather isn't the greatest, humid in the summer and cold winters- but it has been nice growing up by the lake! I own two wonderful cats who can be quite a handful at times, but my fiancee and I couldn't live without them!
