Directions

  1. Start water boiling. When boiling add 1 tablespoon salt and pasta. Cook as directed on box.
  2. Heat wine, olive oil, butter, and margarine in large skillet on medium heat until it boils. Stir frequently until it is reduced by at least a quarter.
  3. Add remaining ingredients except for shrimp, cheese and pasta. Saute for 3-4 minutes to soften garlic.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink. Add 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and stir to combine. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese over top and place under broil for 4-5 minutes until lightly golden.
  5. Drain pasta and put in bowl, toss with 2 tablespoons olive oil.
  6. Can serve separately or toss together.
